Who I am

I’m a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with a passion for helping others live healthier, longer lives. My approach doesn’t include fad diets, crazy restrictions, or tedious methods. Instead, I aim to teach people how to live nutritious lives without feeling like they’re making huge sacrifices.

What I do

I started as a Clinical Dietitian working in long term care before transitioning to the hospital setting.  ***

How I got here

I received my Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Appalachian State University, Master’s from Georgia State University, and completed my Dietetic Internship through Lenoir Rhyne University.

On the side

I was born and raised in the Charlotte area, but moved to Atlanta for grad school and never left! I live with my rescue dog, Radar, and am a bit of a crazy dog lady. In my free time, I like to run, ride my peloton, volunteer with a local dog rescue (where my pup came from), go to EDM shows and festivals, listen to true crime podcasts, and watch pretty much any show on Bravo.
